“Matching Sight Words – Question Words” (free, interactive, 1 page, edb format)

This is an extremely simple (FREE) game for young, beginner-level ESL students to practice matching sight words. This lesson focuses on the question words: What, When, Why, Where, Who, and How.

To play the game, simply have the students drag the watering can to the corresponding plot on the garden. If they are correct, the teacher should click on that particular plot of land, press “delete,” and a flower will magically appear!

The lesson is one page and comes in .edb format (interactive, with draggable elements, for use on the ClassIn teaching platform).
